For a second year in a row, LoveLocalJobs.com has won the Best Regional Jobs Board Award at the National Online Recruitment Awards 2020.
Despite a year of uncertainty and struggles, we could not be prouder and more honoured to have been noticed for our commitment to the region as a jobs board provider. The NORAs receive thousands of nominations each year, and this year was no different. Receiving over 7,000 nominations from the public for 503 separate recruitment websites.
Finalists are put through a judging process to assess the websites from a job seekers perspective. All winners were announced on Tuesday 10th November 2020, from a virtual online ceremony.
LoveLocalJobs.com promote a wide variety of opportunities at all levels – working with an array of the region’s best employers including American Express and Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust 2018 saw the creation of the LoveLocalJobs.com Foundation C.I.C to accompany the jobs board, leveraging the positivity, influence and incredible inspiration of local businesses and influencers to engage and inspire young people to become the best possible version of themselves they can be.
“To win this once is amazing but two years in a row, I’m speechless! The team have been incredible throughout 2020 and it has undoubtedly been our toughest year ever, personally and professionally.” Gary Peters, Founder and CEO of LoveLocalJobs.com said.
“Throughout, we have continued to support our local communities and we’re so humbled and proud to have received their support and their votes. We will all come out stronger for everything we have been through this year and we cannot wait to make 2021 even better!”
We would like to thank everyone that nominated us, Firefish software and a big thank you and congratulations to the NORAs. It may have been a different way of celebrating but it was just as well organised and special!
