These are turbulent times!

But with change now the norm, there has never been a better time for leaders to step up and lead their people through change.

Leaders who do this well, keep their teams motivated, engaged and focussed on results.

But what does it take to lead through change?

Many of the answers to this question will be revealed at our next quarterly Breakfast Club event.

The take-aways:

  • The psychology of change - why some people embrace change and why some people resist it
  • Communicating change - the things your people need to hear when you inform them that that change is coming
  • Overcoming resistance  - what you can do to encourage your people to stay positive about constant and multiple change
  • Building commitment - how you can help reduce the stress levels your people feel when they are told things are changing

As well as these useful topics, there will also be an opportunity to network with other leaders from a range of companies of various sizes and industries.

We look forward to seeing you all there and if you have any questions, please contact Stass at Nastassija@lovelocaljobs.com
